Vision

For as much as technology has advanced ever since the word had the broad meaning as it does now, it has been the goal of the engineers to more bend the metal to the shape of humankind rather than have the person bend to the will of the machine. The entirety of the venture of Eonwing LLC is built upon this vision: the machine should go out of its way to do what we want it to, and not the other way around.

The vision tells us that all which we call “high technology” is actually quite low, if one thinks on it. We must learn how to utilize all the things that every new piece of machinery that comes out. We must adapt to it. This should not be so.

“Medium technology” is actually the current goal: perhaps as an example, as one walks towards his car, the car recognizes that it’s you, and opens the door as you draw near. You sit down, and say, “Take me to Grandma’s,” and it drives you there.

(For reference, true “high technology” would be the ability to actualize just about anything we can imagine. This is beyond our scope. For now.)

Perhaps “medium technology” will not come as soon as we would like, but make no mistake that it will come. Given what we know about progress, it is inevitable. And we would like to help it arrive.
